You agree to AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC terms and conditions when you schedule our cleaning services. AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC agrees to provide the stipulated eco-friendly cleaning service to the Client/Owner on the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The term of this Agreement will commence on the date of acceptance of the terms, conditions, and services outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to early termination as provided in this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement may be extended with the written consent of either party involved.

  1. General Terms of Service
    • In providing the services under this Agreement, it is expressly agreed that AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC is acting as an independent contractor, not an employee. AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC and the Client/Owner acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them and is exclusively a service contract. The Client/Owner is not required to pay or make any contributions to any social security, local, state, or federal tax, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, insurance premium, profit-sharing, pension, or any other employee benefit for AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC during the term of this Agreement. AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC is responsible for paying and complying with reporting requirements for all local, state, and federal taxes related to payments made to AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC under this Agreement.
    • All parties acknowledge that this Agreement is non-exclusive and that either party will be free, during and after the term, to engage or contract with third parties for the provisions of services similar to AMAH’s services.
    • All notices, requests, demands, or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement will be given in writing and delivered to the parties via email or standard mail.
    • By agreeing with AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC, the client decides not to solicit AMAH CS Associates or Cleaning Professionals for hire regarding home-related cleaning services. If a solicitation is evident, monetary compensation will be pursued per person.
    • Before and after cleaning, AMAH’s Senior Operations Manager or cleaning professionals will take images of the spaces to be cleaned. This is to ensure quality assurance; if the client wishes not to have pictures taken of their spaces, notify AMAH Cleaning Solutions immediately. Images taken of any cleaning site are strictly confidential and will adhere to AMAH’s privacy policies.
    • All parties’ safety is a top priority to AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC. The
      Clients/owners are responsible for ensuring the cleaned spaces are safe, adequately ventilated, and have appropriate temperature settings. AMAH Cleaning Solutions Professionals will not adjust temperature settings and will not remove shoes due to insurance requirements; disposable shoe coverings can be provided if required. AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC will not risk the safety of its associates if the cleaning site is deemed unsafe.
    • In providing cleaning services under the Agreement specified, it is expressly agreed that AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC is acting as an independent contractor, not an employee. AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC and the Client/Owner acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them and is exclusively a contract for service. The service contract/Owner is not required to pay or make any contributions to any social security, local, state, or federal tax, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, insurance premium, profit-sharing, pension, or any other employee benefit for AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC during the term of this Agreement. AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC is responsible for paying and complying with reporting requirements for all local, state, and federal taxes related to payments made to AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC under this Agreement.
  2. Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and Tax Reporting
    • AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC carries a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy and other state-required insurance. All our employees are directly employed by the company (W2- employees); hence, in an accident, the client’s assets are covered under the company’s insurance. If AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC hires third-party cleaners, they will also carry General Liability and appropriate state-required insurance.
  3. Cleaning Estimate & Proposal
    • One-Time Cleaning Appointments
      • Our estimates are based on the time it takes to clean, the condition of the spaces, and the type of area to be cleaned. Before a proposal or estimate is generated, a senior operations manager will visit the cleaning site to assess the specifications outlined herein. This assessment will generate a cost estimate proposal, where a 50% deposit is required upon signing.
    • Recurring Cleaning Service
      • Recurring service estimates are also based on the time it takes to clean, the condition of the spaces, and the areas to be cleaned. Before we generate a proposal or estimate, a senior operations manager will visit the cleaning site to assess the specifications outlined herein. This assessment will generate a cost estimate proposal, where a 50% initial deposit is required upon signing for the quote of the first payment. After the end of the first clean, the client will be charged the remaining 50% and automatically charged the contractual amount on the stipulated recurring schedule. The space conditions during the analysis mentioned above are used as the basis of the expected level of mess to be cleaned on a recurring schedule. If the cleaning professional encounters additional cleaning situations other than what was stipulated in the initial agreement, an AMAH Cleaning Solutions representative will contact the client to assess the additional service charge and how to proceed.
  4. Entire Building Cleaning
    • AMAH’s Team Arrival
      • Residential Services: During the signing of the cost estimate proposal, both parties will agree on an appropriate time of arrival for the cleaning crew to the home (Client & Cleaning Company). Twenty-four hours (24 hours) before the cleaning day, the client will receive an email or text notification that the cleaning professionals will arrive at the residence at the required time. When the cleaning team is 15 minutes away, a follow-up notification text message will be sent to the client.
      • Commercial Services: AMAH’s cleaning professionals arrive on site as per the outline in the contract or agreement. If special requirements are required regarding the cleaning team’s arrival, they will be outlined in the initial contract.
    • Security Alarms
      • AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC and its associates will not be held financially responsible for a malfunctioning alarm system that leads to respective authorities’ arrival on site. The client must notify AMAH Cleaning Solution and its Associates at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning commences regarding any security system or feature alterations. If AMAH Cleaning Solutions and its professionals were not notified of a change in access, are locked out, and cannot access the cleaning site, the client will be charged 100% of the agreed cleaning fee.
    • Cleaning Supplies
      • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC will provide any equipment, accessories, chemicals, solvents, cleaning fluids, worker wear, and any other supplies necessary to deliver the Service following this Agreement. Our commitment to using healthy, eco-friendly products is part of our core philosophy. If a client wishes to use alternate natural cleaning remedies such as vinegar, lemon solution, or baking soda, we will be happy to accommodate these requests. However, AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC and its associates will not be held liable for damages to any surface or property due to the use of said natural remedies.
    • Pets or Animals on Cleaning Site
      • AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC and its associates are not responsible for attending to or containing pets within cleaning zones. The client is responsible for containing pets before cleaning activities commence; if pets are not contained during cleaning, AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC will not be required to reclean the specified areas, and payment will be due as specified in a signed contract. AMAH Cleaning Solutions and its associates are not liable for pets’ escape or wandering from the premises. Under no circumstances will AMAH Cleaning Solutions professional cleaners not touch, clean, or pick up pet feces, urine, vomit, training pads, or litter boxes.
    • Before cleaning commences, during AMAH’s initial job assessment, the senior operations manager will highlight issues to the client before generating a cost estimate proposal. These issues include but not limited to:
        • Damaged blinds, carpets, rugs, floor surfaces, etc.
        • Severely stained or soiled bathtubs, showers, and surfaces.
        • Hard-to-reach areas that require cleaning and will need unique means to clean.
        • AMAH Cleaning Solutions will not touch, dust, clean, or adjust valuables like artwork, collectibles, or family valuables.
  5. Compensation for Services
        • Invoices submitted by AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC to the Client/Owner are due when received.
    • AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC does not offer refunds. However, client satisfaction is of extreme importance to our team. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please inform our team during the day cleaning was provided. Our cleaning professionals will return and clean the troubled area/s free of charge.
    • AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC Only accepts major credit/ debit cards, money orders, and checks; we don’t accept cash. ONLY debit/ credit payment or electronic funds transfer payment will be accepted for reoccurring services. A $10 per day late payment fee will be applied to the cleaning invoice when payment is not received during business hours on the day of cleaning.
    • The compensation stated in the AMAH Cleaning Solutions Agreement includes relevant sales tax or other applicable duties as required by law.
    • The client is responsible for informing AMAH Cleaning Solutions of updated credit card or bank
      electronic fund transfer information at least five (5) business days before their scheduled service appointment.
    • A $50 charge will be applied to the client’s account due to chargebacks, dishonest checks, or returned items from the client’s bank. The total contracted amount will be due immediately, plus late fees and additional charges.
    • Termination of Services
      • If this Agreement is terminated by the Client/Owner before completion of the Services but where the Services have been partially performed, AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC will be entitled to prorated payment of the compensation to the date of termination, provided that there has been no breach of contract on the part of AMAH cleaning solutions LLC.
        • All alterations or termination to reoccurring cleaning schedules and appointments MUST be given in writing 12 Business Days before the next scheduled cleaning appointment. If cancelations are received after the stipulated timeline, AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC cancelation policy of $100 Cancelation Fee will take effect. The cancelation fee will be due upon cancelation.
        • All notices, requests, demands, or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement will be given in writing and delivered to the parties via email or standard mail.
  6. Additional Services
    • Unless outlined in a signed proposal as part of the scope of work, standard additional services are as follows but not limited to:
      • Kitchen Cabinet Cleaning or Organization
      • Microwave Cleaning
      • Refrigerator Cleaning (interior)
      • Cabinet Cleaning or Organization
      • • Interior Window Cleaning
      • Cleaning of Shutters & Blinds
      • Changing Bed Linens
      • Doing laundry or Ironing
      • Cleaning TVs, Computers
      • Washing Walls or other surfaces
    • Services AMAH does not Perform
      • Exterior Window Washing
      • Carpet shampooing/ Upholstery Cleaning
      • Specialized Interior Oven Cleaning
      • Specialized Interior Dishwasher Cleaning
      • Inside Fireplace Cleaning
      • Moving large appliances or furniture to clean
      • Mold removal cleaning
      • Handling or disposal of Needles
      • Litter Box Cleaning
      • Pet Cleaning
      • Diaper pail cleaning
  7. Indemnification
    • Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, its representative directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, permitted successors and assigns against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and cost of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its representative directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.
  8. Privacy Policy
    • AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC agrees that we will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report, or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information that AMAH Cleaning Solutions LLC has obtained, except as authorized by the Client/Owner or as required by law. We further agree that we will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report, or use, for any purpose, any personal information of the Client/Owner without the prior written consent of the Client/Owner. The confidentiality obligations will apply during the Agreement Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement.
      • Confidential Information refers to any data or information relating to the business of the Client/Owner that would reasonably be considered to be proprietary to the Client/Owner, including, but not limited to, accounting records, business processes, client records that are not generally known in the industry of the Client/Owner and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client/Owner.
